Our story
Atak Hammam Spa was founded on the belief that hammam culture is not simply a cleansing habit but a ritual of rest. The warmth of the marble, the sound of water and the scent of soap have had the same calming effect for centuries. We have brought that tradition together with today’s expectations of comfort and hygiene.
Our centre has separately arranged hammam sections for female and male guests, private treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi and a relaxation lounge where quiet is preserved. Every treatment is planned around the guest’s comfort preferences.
Our approach
The most valuable part of a spa visit is not being rushed. That is why our programmes are planned with room to rest between stages. Before we begin, details such as pressure level, the oil to be used, room temperature and lighting are agreed together with you.
Our treatments are not intended as medical therapy. Our aim is comfort, relaxation and care. If you have a particular health condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before your visit.
Hygiene and privacy
Peshtemals, towels and slippers are replaced after every guest, and scrub mitts are single-use. Hammam and massage areas are cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day, and jacuzzi water quality is checked daily.
Privacy is maintained by keeping the female and male sections separate. For guests who want complete privacy, we have a VIP spa suite with its own entrance.

Our team serves in Turkish, English and Russian. Just mention your preferred language when you call or message us, and a team member who speaks it will accompany you throughout your visit. We also offer a complimentary transfer from nearby hotels.

I have been to many hammams over the years, but the way things are organised here is genuinely different. Every stage was explained calmly and I was never rushed. The marble area was spotless.
A Russian-speaking team member accompanied us, which was very reassuring. After the hot stone massage we stayed an hour in the relaxation lounge and nobody disturbed us.
