General
No special preparation is needed. Simply bring a swimsuit; peshtemal, towel and slippers are provided by us. We recommend avoiding a heavy meal in the hour before your treatment and drinking plenty of water.
Most guests wear a swimsuit. The peshtemal we provide is used throughout the treatment. As our female and male sections are separate, privacy is maintained at every stage.
Depending on the programme you choose, treatments last between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Including the sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge, a full visit usually takes 1.5–3 hours.
Peshtemals, towels and slippers are changed after every guest and scrub mitts are single-use. Hammam and massage areas are cleaned at regular intervals during the day, and jacuzzi water quality is checked daily.
Yes. Our Family Hammam Package is planned for families with children. Water temperature is lowered and treatment time shortened for children, who are always accompanied by a parent.
Our team serves in Turkish, English and Russian. If you note your preferred language in the reservation form, a team member who speaks it will accompany you.
Hammam Rituals
No. The scrub is applied with gentle pressure once the skin has been moistened. If it feels uncomfortable at any point, simply tell your attendant and the pressure is eased immediately.
As a general preference, many of our guests find a visit every two weeks comfortable. The right interval can vary with your skin — feel free to ask our team.
Yes. With the Private VIP Hammam and VIP Spa Suite options the area is reserved solely for your booking. Simply mention it when you make your reservation.
Massage Types
Yes. Your therapist asks about your preferred pressure before the session, and you can ask for more or less at any point during the treatment.
For pregnancy, heart conditions, fever or skin problems we kindly ask you to consult your doctor before booking. Our treatments are not intended as medical therapy.
Yes. You can choose between lavender, orange blossom, eucalyptus and rose oils, or opt for a neutral unscented oil. Please let us know in advance about any allergies.
Spa Facilities
Yes. Use of the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, showers and relaxation lounge is included in all our hammam and massage packages at no extra charge.
You may use the spa areas as often as you like during your booking. In the sauna and steam room we recommend sessions of 10–15 minutes with breaks in between.
Appointments & Visits
Our centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you are welcome to walk in at any time. To avoid waiting at busy hours we recommend letting us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp. We do not operate an online booking system.
Yes. Our hammam, massage and spa areas operate without interruption, including through the night. If you plan to visit at night, a quick call in advance helps us make sure a therapist is available for you.
Yes. We provide a complimentary transfer from nearby hotels. Just send us your hotel name and room number by phone or WhatsApp, and our driver will pick you up at the time you choose.
