This document sets out the conditions that apply to guests visiting our website and using our services.
1. General
By visiting this website you are deemed to accept the conditions below. They may be updated when necessary, and the current version is always published on this page.
2. Appointments and visits
We do not take online reservations through this website. Our centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week; you are welcome to walk in at any time, or agree a suitable time with us in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
If you cannot make a time arranged by phone, we kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to other guests.
3. Nature of our services
Our hammam, massage and spa treatments are intended for comfort, relaxation and care; they are not intended for medical treatment, diagnosis or cure. If you have a particular health condition (pregnancy, heart condition, fever, skin problems and similar), please consult your doctor before your visit.
4. House rules
For the comfort of all guests, quiet must be maintained in the relaxation areas. Out of respect for other guests’ privacy, photography and video recording are not permitted in the treatment areas. Guests under the influence of alcohol cannot be served.
We recommend keeping valuables in the lockable lockers. The centre cannot be held responsible for items left outside the lockers.
5. Prices
Prices shown on the website are for information only and may be updated without prior notice. The current price is confirmed when your reservation is confirmed.
